I offer a quiet place away from the world to refresh the most important part of yourself; your mind. Based in Lymm in a country setting with secure parking, I can work with you to accommodate the environment you’re most comfortable in, be it inside, outside, at your home, or even online.

My aim is to help you to a more secure and confident you, for you to feel lighter and happier again. Through one-to-one sessions I’ll help you reflect on what you need to do to be in a better place and on how to take action to get there.

My working hours are flexible, and what is most important to me is giving you a platform where you feel safe and relaxed. We can discuss your preferred time and place of meeting to find something that works best for you.

I am formally trained and qualified to the standards of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, so you can be rest assured that I offer professional therapy at a nationally recognised level.
